Things to know
- Aim for RPE of 8 to determine your reps
- Do 3 sets at minimum for 4 different exercise each day
- Schedule:
- Day 1 - Leg Day
- Day 2 - Chest Shoulders Triceps
- Day 3 - Back and Biceps
- Day 4 - Leg Day
- Day 5 - Upper Body
- Track calories each day
- Aim to lose 1 pound per week then transition to 2 pound per week
- Try to avoid sweets
- Eat fruit if you wanna eat sweets
- Salads are good but put zero dressing and crotons
- Don’t eat fatty meats
- Track macros - carbs / protein / fat ratio (40%, 30%, 30%)
- stuff like chicken breast, eggs, yogurt, lean meat is good for protein
- Eat fibers like tangerines and proteins likes steak
- Drink a lot of food
- 70% of body weight in g is the amount of protein
